It looks like it to me at least from a few angles, nutrient deficiency generally has a more ombre gradient while variegation seems to have more sharp delineations (though I could be completely wrong). Could you take a picture of one (or more) of the leaves closer up, without any lighting giving a gloss to it?
Edit: also take pictures of the petioles and main stem if you can so any striping can be seen :)!
