I'm doing one of my growboxs just for Asperagus this year. I've been told not to harvest until the second growth year though. Hope it works out too and gave some with rainbow trout when I fish here in Utah!
I have my asparagus in a raised garden bed by itself. There were strawberries in there with it, but the heat and drought this past summer killed them off. I love asparagus season, although it’s almost over here in Texas.
