  2. Hello there dear sweet kaye, oh yes me too,just got in from visiting mum ,i have given my garden girls 🐔. Some lovely greens.time for cup of tea and heee you are,oh im so pleased. Kaye im still trying to get a wee root of comfrey, i know there is some by a little river where i used to walk my now passed on dog,,i would need to go in a car now i cannot walk that far, hmm!.i shall see if my husband can take me this week ,i usedd to see someone takeing lots of if he cut it off the plants,,,well im going to watch properly i do so enjoy your films,,i have phoned mum to say we are back home, she said when am i visiting, so yep mum doesn't remember i went today, its sad isnt it kaye, xxlove and joyful thank-you s for being youxx,me and my garden girls 🐔.xx,just beginning to rain xx

  4. Glad you have been following Billy from Perma Pasture Farm, he has a great channel. Been following him for years. His bone sauce is pretty costly but maybe if you have deer that would help as well. I got gifted a couple of comfrey roots from a member of my Azure Standard drop off last year and they are up already from the fabric pots I put them into. Going to be planting them in a permanent location soon.

  5. I also use comfrey leaves when I make my healing salve, skin cream and muscle rub. You can use leaves as mulch around trees as well and they keep weeds away as well. Thank you Kaye, love your videos, and the kitties!

  6. A tip for planting comfrey in the ground. Make sure you pick a forever spot as the roots can go 8 feet or more down.
