I lost my mom when I was 23. Gardening was her passion, and I live vicariously through all the mother/daughter interactions you share with us.
I would love to plant a climbing hydrangea by a trellis. Can they be pruned to maintain a certain height? If so, which variety turns red in the fall? Sounds gorgeous!

So happy seeing you and your Mom in the garden. My parents lived in an apartment, so spent quite a bit of time helping me in my yard. My Dad loved mowing the lawn, My Mom picked weeds and I helped Dad by hand mowing around trees and flower beds. Mom loved my flowers and looked forward to what I had planned for a Saturday afternoon. Dad knew if we did a trip to the garden center, he would need a shovel when we got home. Happy memories when I watch you two! Thank you for all your videos.
If your mom loves to weed please send her my way!!! It is a constant battle here in west Tennessee between the bermuda grass,the wild violets, and the pigweed it is a thankless and never ending job trying to get the roots out of our clay! I have just about given up the fight!
