Beautiful inside and out! But my symmetrical side would have thought you'd put that second tree perfectly centered in that space, so when your standing on the patio 😊 I am sure it'll be pretty anywhere!
Love your mom’s remodel. I especially love the clump birch tree. I always wanted one but my landscaper discouraged them in our area.

That was wonderful 😊 Thanks for letting us into your home !!! My family also loves croquet. We would combine Mothers Day and moms birthday for annual tournaments. We lost mom last July. So this year we're calling it moms Memorial Tournament on what would have her 100th birthday….. you and your mom are a younger version of my mom and me. What a hoot we had together !!!
