  1. This such a fun video! From the tincture look to the chamomile 😂
I thought it was a joke! But then than insert video was lol
    Chamomile it is! 😅

  2. If there is something I am grateful about, is finding this youtube channel a couple of years ago. Your videos are so wholesome, they bring me such a joy and tranquility. God bless you and your family!

  3. Aaron and Laura…what a great team!! It was funny watching Laura take a dose of the tincture.

  4. The seeds you sowed and put in your studio were not put on heat mats because they prefer a cooler temp for germinating but also benefit from lots of light, correct? I think it was Cress, Corn Cockle, Sweet Annie, Marigolds and Chamomile.

  5. Plant identification tags/stakes: Nail polish remover and/or rubbing alcohol (depends on what the writing is ink or paint) will take the paint/picture/marker off the tags from last year. Just use a cotton ball or rag and wipe the ink, etc off and write your own thing on them. You can also cut up a bleach bottle into tag size strips and use that as well. Reduce/Reuse/Recycle… God bless all!!!

  6. Sweet peas are my favorite spring flower. I’m in a zone 9b. We start ours by direct sow in the ground in October the year before. The goal is to get the seedlings up at least a few inches before our first frost. They tolerate the freeze and continue slowly growing all winter. So mine are now about 3 – 4 feet tall and should start blooming in 2 weeks. Can you do this too in your zone?

  7. All I could think of when Laura put the drops under her tongue was Lucille Ball's face taking the liquid vitamins😂

  8. Registered herbalist here – so good to see you teaching this and advising to talk to a professional for safety concerns.

One thing to know, for the thinning hair rosemary treatment. Once you start, you need to rinse daily for maximum success and continue for always. I'm very undisciplined, so I've never started, but a friend had great success with her hair

  9. "I'm not going to put this on my skin because it has Cayenne in it"..later, after Aaron spills it…."Do I need to wash it off?" "No, enjoy the benefits on your skin!"😂 Hilarious.

  10. ❤ rosemary. This is about a past video. Want to send a tip to U . I use a wood burning tool to make holes in my gallon water jugs! Also to cut the tops ! ( No finges cut this past year)

  11. It doesn’t seem possible that Easter is this Sunday! 😯😊You are living out my dreams Laura 😊! Yes, may we please have a Q&A with your Mom soon about the tinctures AND also about what she feels about her experience with remodeling. Her happy moments and lows too 🙂Can’t WAIT to see your parents remodeled home! 😊 Happy Easter one and ALL! 🌱🪴🌷

  12. Idoine is what you want to take for brain function. Was wondering how you are feeling abt Oregon shutting dwn small farms? I mean you nvr really do speak as to how things will be affecting you because they will.

  13. So funny with a tincture overflowing in the bottle. You should have asked Benjamin to hold the funnel! 😂LOL

  14. Just chuckling to myself here at work. Laura: “I will not be putting this one on my skin because of the pepper.” Aaron: “Do I need to wash my hands off?” Laura: “Nope! Enjoy the benefits to your skin!” 😂

  15. Fun video. Your garden is going to be an explosion of color. Can't wait to see it. Seed starting is so therapeutic. Have a blessed day everyone.

Chamomile derives from an ancient Hellenic🇬🇷 term.
It isn’t exactly pronounced samòmile but I believe this is how English speakers adopted the term..?! 🤷🏻‍♂️

    In Hellenic🇬🇷 it’s χαμομήλι / hamomíli.
    From the ancient term χαμαίμηλον.
    Xamémilon (χ kinda “h” sound)
From the term χαμαί / xamé(hamè) meaning down or under the Sun.
    And μήλον/mílon which means apple!

For some reason the ancient Hellenic associated the sweet smell of chamomile with the smell and taste of apples! We still use chamomile for many manyyy remedies! It’s a gift from nature!

  17. I love love love ❤️the video effects Aaron does🤪it makes me laugh so much .life is better smiling.

  18. I just watched Kevin’s Epic Gardening carrots video and he mentioned you too! You guys are my favourite gardeners you need to do a collaboration ❤❤❤

  19. Awesome video thanks for sharing quick question you say those oso easy roses dont need to be deadheaded so it behave similar to the at last rose meaning that it drops its petals before it starts to look aged and withered?

  20. Wow, it's all looking so amazing. I died when I heard the pronunciation for Chamomile 🤣💖

  21. Your new editor is doing a fantastic job. Not to take anything away from Ken or Aaron but, I’ve noticed a different style since you told us about him starting and I’m enjoying it so much.

  22. Laura, I can relate to you in so many ways (which is why I always choose you first if you have the info I need)! Now that you're spreading your wings on humor a little bit & adding in these clips, it has made the videos that much more interesting!!! They already were don't get me wrong. I just love watching your family/property blossom and dream of having something similar (even on a smaller scale) someday ❤
