Star Fruit is a great fruit bearing tree. I have included two easy ways to cut the fruit for easy eating and nice presentations. It grows fast and starts producing fruit fast. When the tree is happy, it will fruit practically all year in warmer climates. Star Fruit can be grown in colder climates by planting dwarf varieties in containers and over wintering the container. Star Fruit is edible, medicinal (please do your own research) utilitarian and is great for the wildlife.
