interesting little fact I thought I
would share today as I was transplanting
some of my sosia plants into little six
cell trays and individual 4in pots that
actually I found out sosia is an edible
plant and it’s related to amaranth I’ve
used the flowers and salads and teas it
kind of bland has a lettuce likee taste
and I haven’t tried it yet but I’ve
heard the leaves are a good spinach
substitute you ought to try it
