Revitalize Your Garden Tower each season in 4 Quick Steps:
1. Disassemble: carefully remove each layer without disturbing the plants
2. Amend: use organic compost, worm castings, and fertilizer
3. Reassemble: Carefully and quickly add each layer back.
4. Water Deeply: Make sure each layer gets an adequate amount of water. Often bagged soil is NOT pre-moistened, and will need to be kickstarted
I love growing strawberries in my Greenstalks, I have TWO strawberry towers. It keeps the pests off them and we can easily grow 70+ plants in less than 3 square feet. I also grow smaller peppers, potatoes, and other crops in them.
BONUS tip: GET the moveable base. Once your tower is filled with soil and water, it will be very challenging to move unless you have a base with wheels.
