Johnny Manziel Is Happy the Dallas Cowboys Didn’t Draft Him | CLUB SHAY SHAY

Johnny Manziel is happy the Dallas Cowboys didn’t draft him:

“If you would’ve put me in a landscape that was my backyard… I know who I was hanging around at that point in my life and I think it would’ve been an absolute disaster… thankfully, it didn’t happen even though at the time it was what I wanted.”

16th pick of that draft was Dallas and I remember the anticipation in Radio City when that pick was coming up and I had my fingers crossed under that table the entire time please let me go put that star on my helmet looking back now thank God that

It didn’t happen because I wouldn’t be sitting here today you said you’re glad you didn’t go to Dallas because I think knowing what I was doing in Cleveland how hard it was for me to part and move and do these kind of things if you would have put me in a

Landscape of that was my backyard that I knew you know i’ had been driving from College Station up to Dallas when there was nothing going on in College Station right so it was something I was familiar with I know who I was hanging around at

That point in my life and I think it would have been just an absolute disaster I think I know myself well enough to be able to say that it would have been bad and its own right and luckily thankfully you know it didn’t happen even though at that time it’s what I wanted

  1. There is a million Johnny’s in the world. Talented athletes who just can’t lock in long enough to get it done. He just so happened to make it to the big stage and we got to see it live.

  2. I don’t care what anyone says this dude would have gotten Dallas a ring. Thats what he needed the whole time was to be in his own backyard. Didn’t Jerry want to draft him but his son talked him out of it? Imagine having him and Dak as your qbs

  3. Honestly, he probably would’ve been better off if he went to Dallas. Jerry would’ve taken care of him & he wouldn’t have had to play for 2 or 3 years. Jerry would take all the headlines & Johnny could party in peace while he got that all out of his system

  4. They need to draft my son DJ DANIEL PLAYED CORNERBACK FOR THE GEORGIA BULLDOG HE IS GREAT AND A GOOD SON FROM GRIFFIN GA

  5. If he got drafted by Dallas and it didn't work out then he wouldn't be booed. He knows it would've been a disaster.

  6. Why is Johnny Manziel being interviewed by anyone other than somebody campaigning for loser quarterbacks I don’t get it why do we care what he has to say about football there are many quarterbacks who failed as miserable as this clown did in the NFL why would we take any of his advice or words LMFAO

  7. I think everything would had went better for him if that had happened honestly he probably would have continued Johhny football there crazy how it could have been different for him.

  8. Dallas is happy they didn't draft you either. Your whole life is a disaster. How you gonna say Dallas WOULD have been 😂

  9. Let me say this Johnny Manziel was doing his best when he was partying, so I actually feel like he would’ve been good for Dallas and his football career because long he was getting drunk on Friday. He was playing well on Sunday and now for his health. I totally agree it would not have been good for his health at all.

  10. Many, many people were saying this at that time. And the crazy part is, he likely didn’t think he would be there because he thinks he might be unalive…. That’s pretty deep.
