🌱 Why this is actually GOOD for your seedlings – in the description ⬇️ #gardentips

The garden task we all dread…thinning seedlings 🌱✂️🌱 Why would you pull up something you worked so hard to grow?!

Hear us out- if we left all of the sprouts close together they would compete with each other for nutrients ☀️ and water 💧 and not reach their full potential. When crowded, there’s also higher chance for disease without good air circulation.

Providing plenty of space 📏 for the strongest sprouts will result in bigger, healthier plants 🪴 in the long run!

♻️ It doesn’t have to be a waste!! Replant the seedings in a new location. Edible varieties can be eaten as young greens, or composted to feed your garden!
