I don't like the idea that Jay is promoting. he seems to imply that if you are not a believer, you have no justification to be a carnivore. as far as I'm concerned, I'd rather become a vegan than a believer

This guy is so disappointing! While there are several atheists who are vegan, NO it's not the source! Adventists, Hindus, and New Age are pushing it harder than anyone. Like he even admitted, atheists don't necessarily have a strong reason to avoid that predator-prey dynamic or to buy into that "raise your vibration" stuff. I'm a carnivore atheist myself.
Additionally, atheism isn't the same as skepticism. We do not all deny objective reality, but usually assert instead that there's objectively no good evidence for a god.
Finally, he's dead wrong about most people having no morals! Ethics help us sort our morals out and make them more consistent or help us to see someone else's moral views better, but we don't learn all our morals in a college course!
It's fine if you think I'm wrong about a god. It's fine if you think I've missed some 13th century cosmological argument that just might win me over. But for all our sakes, please remember that all who deny good evidence for any god are atheists and we've reached this single-point conclusion from many angles. You can't just pump out these assumptions that we deny all reality or morals or you'll be dead wrong and insulting.
Most people in the establishment are satanists. It's easy to spot, they are not hiding it..The 2050 Agenda isn't a secret either. You can read their intention on official government and webpages. Agenda 2030 and agenda 2050..Klaus Shwab is the most vocal about it. I hope God will intervene. Bill gates just announced that their next pandemic simulation is 2025( they had a trial run simulation for covid 2 months before the outbreak in 2019). Satansim is real on this planet! Then think! If there is Satanism, shouldn't God exist as well?
Most wars and illnesses are engineered! So is this supressive system that is set up around us. Everything we go along with is a fake engineered supressive system :school system, monetary and dept system, what we eat, what we think, the way give our children away( kindergarten, school, daycare) instead of keeping them in the family, the freedom of sexual movement l, the so called feminist movement, overpopulation, drugs, pig pharma e.t.c.e.t.c We could live in paradise on earth. However, the world has been put in an artificial state of chaos, confusion and corruption. No wonder people are so depressed, anxious and suicidal!

Orthodox Christianity requires a dominately plant based diet. Adam and Eve lived in Eden and ate only plants. Been plant based 10 years, no fake meats, no fake cheeses, plant based in not nutrient deficient. I'll listen to actually nutritional dietary experts.

If i could input my thoughts on the question you posed ("why is the truth obscured to the average person") i do agree with dyer's response however i lay more blame on the individual because at one point they choose to live this lie and overtime the web gets thicker and thicker where they now have to rely on the system(culture/society) in place to dictate what is true in their eyes.
The fact that "They" have been trying to control the masses for centuries and have failed to a large extent gives me hope. Do not allow "Them" to divide us. Don't fall for the propaganda of division. We are more alike than different. DO NOT COMPLY!!

The "global elites" advocate veganism only because of their obsession with climate change and other environmental issues. There's no basis for Jay's conspiracy theory that veganism is a plot to "control the population."
