This year, I tried dehydrating kale during the heat of summer. I wanted some for Winter soups. Like you did: I stripped the stem and then blanched, before dehydrating. I sampled the finished product before I stored it away. It was gooooood. I've tried to make Kale Chips before and they were a fail. But when I tried dehydrating, and added in the blanching process as the books recommend… it came out fantastic! Had to share. Love your videos.
Spacing seeds drives me crazy because I want so many plants. I have 6 plants of peppers and plant a few more. The good thing is that the 2 canaster that I have in front of the house, the peppers are getting big so I can use the bottom which I have 2 types of coriander and garlic. I love gardening and love your videos because it helps us newbies
Nice tips! Getting ready for a big fall harvest of kale too.
