A couple weeks ago I decided to move my Monkey Mask (Monstera Adansonii) to a bigger pot and boy was that a big mistake, as soon as I did that it was not happy and a lot of the leaves towards the bottom started turning yellow dying. So in a panic I decided to water propogate the vine and cut off it's existing roots closer to the health leaves to try and save it (I know, I know, I don't know what came over me). Since then a few more leaves have fallen off but the leaves at the very top are still green, although they are wilting rather than perky. Looks like there is maybe some semblance of roots starting to grow but nothing much. Should I now cut closer to where the remaining leaves are? Should I try a different propogation method instead of the water? I've added a photo of what it previosuly looked like for reference. Thanks for any help.

What sacrifices have you made? Have you been wearing the leaves as a mask after they fall off?
Propagating Monstera’s can take a very long time to shoot out their new roots, just keep it in there til you have several roots.
As for the yellowing, mine do the same thing and are pretty healthy so also here to see if people have advice.
Uj/ circle jerk sub, you’ll have more chance on r/monstera
Have you tried giving it placenta? If not, fear not, the Neem will have mercy
I don’t think this is the right sub for a proper advice.
The plant is clearly making space for the money tree on the right, it’s clear as day! They spoke at night and the Philodendron was like “fuck off mate, I like that big pot, you don’t need it”, the monkey mask it’s just a monkey with a mask and cannot reason logically so just obeys the stronger in the jungle. Clearly the Philodendron, pothos, anthurium, yes that’s surely an Anthurium! So just let the Anthurium take over!
uj/ yeah go to a better sub 😂
Ahh I think you bought the sister plant, monkeys arm.
