Whatever it is, i’d remove this plant from the soil and change pots completely. There are no drainage holes, and especially with a seemingly glass container, all of that water is just going to sit there and build up moisture that can lead to many issues.
Look for a pot with drainage holes, preferably a plastic nursery pot that can go inside of a decorative pot or on a tray. Just ensure there is proper space for airflow to reach the bottom of the soil.

Its a calathea. They like moisture but I agree with repotting. Best to put it in a chunky soil mix in a self watering pot. They also really like higher humidity and dechlorinated water

Peacock Plant! I have one I’m hoping to move to LECA. I don’t know why you used moss though?
