Recently moved this plant to leca and moss and I found this today! Is it fungus? Pests?

Any help is appreciated!

Whatever it is, i’d remove this plant from the soil and change pots completely. There are no drainage holes, and especially with a seemingly glass container, all of that water is just going to sit there and build up moisture that can lead to many issues.
Look for a pot with drainage holes, preferably a plastic nursery pot that can go inside of a decorative pot or on a tray. Just ensure there is proper space for airflow to reach the bottom of the soil.

Its a calathea. They like moisture but I agree with repotting. Best to put it in a chunky soil mix in a self watering pot. They also really like higher humidity and dechlorinated water

Peacock Plant! I have one I’m hoping to move to LECA. I don’t know why you used moss though?
