Ack! Those are mealy bugs It needs to be quarantined from your other plants. You can spritz with iso then wipe them off. The problem is that sometimes, you need to change your soil as well…. rinse all of the soil off, let the roots dry and plant in new soil. You’ll need to continuously look for them on that plant and any others you have near by
