my neglected monstera <3

this is my neglected monstera ive had for 4 years, it hasnt been re-potted in 3. last time i repotted it i accidentally dropped it and it broke every leaf it had, the bitch survived. i also have moved 3 times, it accidentally was left in the snow last year, didnt have drainage till about 5 months ago when i drilled a hole in the bottom of the pot. it had been sitting in the corner of my backyard (i live in ky) up until this week when it was brought in cause the cold.
im considering giving it a stick to climb but the neglect is essential at this point.

immediately following that is my roommates 2 monsteras that actually get regular care, water and temp stability 😭
