Hmmm… Upfront I’ll tell you that I have killed a few… It’s difficult to tell but I think it is minerals from past waterings and dust/dirt? I would probably try to unpot them and make sure they are in a much less organic soil mix. They look like they would also like a drink. Consider watering them then waiting several days to report. Then don’t water again until they are wrinkly.
