I have repotted these lithops about four days ago.. They did not need water at the time But I have been getting mixed answers in my research of if or when or how much I should water after repotting. Some say wait a week for the roots to callus and then give a little water to help the roots reestablish. I'm not sure what I should do. Just leave them until they visibly need water or water them a bit now and if so how much?

I would say to leave them unwatered for a week. This helps them adjust to their environment. Thus, by looking at the photos, your lithops are fine, plump, and healthy. They do not need watering at this moment. If they start to get wrinkly maybe, or soft and squishy, then yoy can water slightly. And then water regularly in spring and fall.

Your substrate appears to be mostly organic soil, which will hold too much water against your lithops.
Should be using 90% inorganic gritty material (pumice, chicken grit, Bonsai mix, etc) to 10% sifted organic soil.
I watered after my most recent repotting in June, but haven’t watered again since then because it’s summer where I live.
