#Weekend #wonder : Bookended with videos taken several weeks apart that show the wonderful development of colouration on Cornus ‘Kenwyn Clapp’ – from a pale #cream that soon develops a tiny #blush around the edges; the #tips soon pick up a darker #pinky / #red #colour before some of the bracts fully change colour. A startlingly #beautiful, long-flowering, small #tree. It was a self-sown seedling, the parentage of which is believed to be C. kousa x C. capitata. #Chapeau Mr. Clapp from Plymouth – it’s a #cracker!
