hi guys, I’m still relatively new to caring for succulents in general. I’ve had these little guys for almost a month now, and just a couple days ago, I realised one of them had a scar appear on the top of it. the 2nd pic is how it looked a week ago and the 3rd pic is the setup I’ve worked with for about 3 weeks now. I last watered them nearly 2 weeks ago. Any reason this may have happened and should I be worried? Would it heal or something over time? Thanks!

Hi! I had the same problem. I posted it a while ago on my profile. A redditer said it was because of overwatering, aka “bursting”. I think they were right. Mine was in the middle of the leaf so it was totally cut in half. In your case, I think it would survive thinking that it would dry over time and cause a scar. I don’t know any supplements though to dry out that opening.
Don’t worry, I can help you rock that scar like a pirate with a story to tell! Arrr!
it’s def overwatering. generally they don’t need watering in the summer and winter. Those guys are VERY plump and should be good for several months.
