Hi there! I saw this sad succulent type plant in my local coffee shop. I offered to rehab it at home and bring it back. I need help identifying it firstly, then any tips on how to propagate and save it would be appreciated. Most of the roots and plant are dead, but I could get short green vines with a few healthy leaves off of the ends. I potted what i could chop off in fresh succulent soil with direct light.
any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated, she struggling ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Pretty sure this is a very sad Calico Kitten (Crassula Pellucida) succulent. I would start by removing any of the dead foliage and seeing what you have left. From there you may be able to rehab what you have or you may need to chop healthy vines and repot them into new soil. Taking a look at the roots may also not be a bad idea as well and freshening up the current soil should you rehab versus chop.
