I’d just put it in water tbh
looks like it could be from a jade plant, which is a succulent! you can either propagate it in water or you can stick it in moist cactus/succulent soil (a sandy soil mix) and propagate it that way 🙂 good luck! 💚
Could be some sort of Crassula!
