   Yea these aren’t gonna do anything, for a plant like this you’d need a node. Leaf cuttings only work for some succulents.

   have patience. some props thrive and some fail. you might lose a few along the way, but dont give up! its all trial and error to find out what works best for you and ur plants. your setup here looks good from my perspective and peperomias are super easy to prop in my experience. you got this!
