Yeah that looks to be a pothos of some sort and it appears to have a node at the bottom.
I’ve propagated similar plants before by just using a small glass of water. Make sure there is some natural light nearby and change the water every few days.
I tend to make sure that my water covers the node, which is the bottom where those leaves / stems split apart. There might even be a start of an aerial root at the node, which tends to be where the roots come out of.

Stick it in dry dirt. Water after 3-5 days
