Hi! I picked this little one up along with a few others yesterday. If I stick it in the dirt like this, will it start to grow roots? Or should I separate the leaves and let them prop? I'm also hoping for an ID, if possible. DW689 2 years ago If it wasn’t fuzzy I’d swear it’s a jade plant…is there a fuzzy type of crassula? That would be my total guess. Southern-Trouble603 2 years ago i HIGHLY reccomend propagating in perlite, youtube has a ton of videos on how. i’ve never once experienced root rot by propagating in perlite.
