What is it and can it be propped? Would I want to take the whole piece or just take a piece in case they want to regrow it?

Crassula Ovata / gollum jade as far as I can tell amidst all that rot ðŸ˜
I reckon once it calluses you can pot that whole piece since it still has a stem segment
Individual leaves can be propped as well as you would any other succulent
honestly doubt they would want to regrow it because it seems the cafe employees definitely don’t have a green thumb 😂😂
But if anything better safe to just ask if you can take it:)
