Pray, thats all you can do really. I’ve never had any luck keeping these fuckers happy and alive under normal conditions. With the stress of pulling them out, well that makes things harder. Just leave them in water in a shaded area where they get no direct sunlight, change the water every one or two days to increase chances of them making it.

do these plants need to like live in water cause my soil dried for like 2 hours and my plant was dead lol
