I was given this bonsai (?) by my sister in law, it’s got two little white roots that just showed up a few days ago. Can anyone tell me what typnof bonsai this is, and what are my next steps with this little guy?
That’s a Crassula arborescens, a type of jade plant. Stick it in soil, keep it in a sunny spot, don’t water too often

take off most of the leaves around the roots. Leave the top 4 or 5 leaves only. Then stick in good soil in a small container. Water sparingly (once a week or less).
