  1. The q-tip on the male to female is best for sure. Then take the male flowers and dip in some egg and flour then fry and eat haha. Dont rip the pedals off yo. Great advice all around, your videos are always solid.

  2. We’ve almost reached our annual avg for rain. I didn’t mulch much and went to granular fertilizer.
Fungus will soon be an issue. Already have rust on hollyhocks.
Would have loved to try clay this year but it rains every other day almost. We bury a vine and do surgery as I have tried everything else.
The pests must be getting drowned because there are way fewer except mosquitoes. And I just read the powdery mildew is worse in dry weather. I will never go without netting on brassicas and I don’t see any cabbage moths.

  3. Hey james I’m having problems I lost my mixed greens crops and my broccoli is being eaten by something everything has holes in the leaves I clayed them what would you suggest the neem oil or something else

  4. Another giveaway please. I’ll keep trying. Thanks for giving out your amazing product! We love you guys and appreciate your hard work

  5. Wow, those cucumbers look amazing! Question ❓ What is the water and clay ratio to spray your fruit trees. My guavas are ripening but several have worms. So frustrating! I'm sorry I know you weren't teaching on that today. Thank you! P.S. I get so many compliments on your shirts!

  6. hell yeah epic content, pills bugs got to my melon but I did a task and got rid of em, lets go! We ❤ Tuck! Ole boyo loves them beans.

  7. Tuck❤❤❤❤
I started watching your channel because your Tuck looks almost identical to my late Roo (Ralphie)! I’ve learned so much and get the joy of seeing you with Tuck. Makes my heart full again! Thank you so much!❤

  8. You have the most beautiful, bountiful garden. What do you do with all of your harvest? Can y'all really eat all of it every day?

  9. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💚❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  10. I've got to remember to clean my pruners. I had bacterial wilt on my cucumbers and lost them, and lost my cherry tomato this week the same way. I think I must have spread the disease. 🤦

  11. Growing food is simply…quietly….amazing. My problem is that I never knew when some of these things are ripe….like eggplants. Another great video, thanks!

  12. James, could you make a video explaining the importance of placing your planters facing the right direction in relation to the movement of the sun? I think that would be a great topic to discuss.

Love your tomatoes too! Your harvest is going to be legendary.

  13. My cucumbers aren't a dark green. I read online and it says they aren't getting enough sunlight and they need that for that dark green color. I see your cucumber are behind leaves and seem pretty shaddy? Any tips ?

  14. Great tips as always, thanks for constantly inspiring us to keep adding to our own Food Forest here in CA! ❤❤❤❤❤ For King Tuck!!
