Great to see these photos of the organic meadow we planted in this courtyard garden at Derriford Hospital with @gracealexanderflowers @yeovalley @hortusloci . These plants were destined for the @the_rhs Chelsea Flower Show and I can’t think of a better home for them that this space. You can see how needed a bit of colour and life was, the walls are so high and oppressive. Kate Tantam, an ICU nurse who helped to orchestrate the planting project, took these photos and told me how the garden has been well used by patients and staff including for birthday parties! I hope it keeps on performing and providing respite as battle with the virus continues.
