Y’all said it was White Princess and it would only give me one pink leaf, why 2?

I had been given the opinion from you all that I was lucky to find a White Princess with a pink leaf and from comments I gathered this was a one time leaf. It just gave me a second one, and it is PINK, like VERY pink!
