Are these still splitting? Can I separate them now?

I purchased this robust trio in a 2" pot at Lowes 3 weeks ago. Every new pair of leaves had emerged to the point that they they were showing fully, just above the split parent leaves.
The pot was crowded to start with. They have NOT been watered by me and were dry when I bought them. All three have grown quickly in my south window. (Yes I know they're etoiliating, they're now under a much brighter grow light and have stopped.) Are these still considered to be splitting? The crowding concerns me. Can I safely divide them and repot separately now? Should I repot the whole trio as is?The gold hued one has already reabsorbed most of both parent leaves; the other two are being slower to do so. Thanks!

Yes, these are still splitting. Those outer leaves should be completely dry to consider the process “complete”.

Continue course of not watering, and hold on off on re-potting until splitting is complete. They’ll be fine as-is until then.
