Those, my friend, are Weigela. I don’t know what varieties specifically, unfortunately. Also, non-toxic, so safe if you have (or plan to have) pets or children! 😊
Edited to add: They are non-native to England, originally from Asia, I think most commonly from China (I could be wrong), in case it matters to you if they are native or not.
