Later in spring abundant white flower emerge from the stems.

This is followed by a generous crop of plump blue berries.

Autumns cooler weather brings on the fall foliage show with deep purple, plum and magenta tones.

In winter the brightly colored stems carry the interest of the plant.

Dependable and easy to grow, it prefers well drained slightly acidic soils in full sun.

Treated as a container plant it will do best with daily watering, and occasional Plant food for acid loving plants.
