I have had this euphorbia, I believe it’s called African milk plant, for years and unfortunately during a moving process it was slightly decapitated. Is there anyway to save her? Any and all tips / insight is appreciated!
Do nothing; the “decapitated” plant will do just fine and likely grow one or more new branches. You can even plant the decapitated “head” in some soil and it may even shoot new roots and grow an entirely new plant!

I just cut mine. I put sulphur on the fresh wound. It takes 2-3 months for new growth to start. That smaller one… looks rotten & hollow. I would recut & powder with sulphur. They need a sunny window.
