Saw a small (1-2cm centipede in my new (5 day old) terrarium. Will it prey on my few springtails or my many pillbugs? Should I try to remove it?

Couldn’t get a good photo but it disappeared into the moss almost instantly. Not bigger than the pill bugs I have running around but I am worried my springtail population is at risk since they are even more vital to the ecosystem.
