the stems are very long and leaves are turned to the light which indicates it isnt getting much sun. put it on a table or something

It’s not doing that well, sorry. See how long the petioles (leaf stems) are? And how the bottom leaf has beautiful fenestrations (splits/holes in the leaves) , and those have completely disappeared? Both of those are signs of not enough light. I’d suggest moving close to a window (bright, indirect light) or if that’s not feasible, getting a grow light.

Raise it up into the sunbeams. Use a bench or shelf. Chop off the top and watch it grow properly. It’s stretching starving for sun light ☀️

Your moss pole should also support your plant from the back, it’s possible to put one and arrange both plants around it but you can probably do 2small poles. I would also buy a grow light and put it in the direction you want your leaves to grow. ( I have my leaves facing the sky so my grow light is right above my plant)
