Your plant looks much more like Astroloba herrei than foliolosa. The former are easy to plump the leaves, whereas the latter looks like a tight stack of nested washers.
I’ve read that herrei can be a cream color if given enough light. I have a herrei that does that. Yours also seems to be heading that way. It distinguishes itself from the other Astroloba.
