Whatever you want. If you’ll leave it for some more time you will be able to just pull it from the plant someday.
If you didn’t know, those look like ripe seed pods you could collect the seeds from if you wanted.
Cut it as close to the base of the plant as possible. Use scissors or a knife that has been sterilized.
