We had a very mild winter here on the east coast and I decided to leave my tubers in the ground. 50% of them have sprouted and the other have had some type of bug feed on the crowns (downside to a mild winter) Should I cut my loss and dig them up? The tubers are still nice and dense. 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Those look huge in the photo. Also, you sure someone didn’t take a lawnmower or someone to them because they have some very nice even looking cuts?
Was this bug using a large sword to perfectly slice these tubers for each meal? /s
If the crown and eyes were eaten off then the tuber can’t grow
