Identifying my pond snails?

Hi all,

I'm having a hard time ID'ing the snail species in my freshwater pond. In Houston TX.
Are these ramshorn snails? They are max 1/4 inch. I don't think they grow any larger.

I'm mostly trying to identify them because I've always thought that there wasn't cross over between water snails and land snails, but the snails that keep repeatedly infesting my garden do look the very similar. Trying to figure it out.
