Carnivorous Plants

Not sure what exactly I have

I have some other carnivorous plants but this is my first big one that can’t fit in my box. I think it’s getting too much sun?

Nepenthes x Miranda. The red on the leaves is from sunstressing(anthocyanin present comes out with suntressing) Does not necessarily TOO much sun but does mean a lot!

I have most of my nepenthes growing outdoors and the east facing ones have some sunstressing. To be on the safe side you can reduce the light a little if possible, but i would make sure it doesn’t get much more exposure than it already is.

Heads up by the way, these pitchers can get MASSIVE!

the first one is a nepenthes x miaranda that’s getting a bit too much light, shade it a tiny bit ahaha.

while the others i’m no expert but i guess the sarracenias are alata and a venus fly trap of wich i even know way less since i don’t like them so much lol.

Honestly the sarracenias and vft can be grown under full sun exposure and this is where they perform best, while nepenthes can be succesfully grown under grow lights since they usually live in forests while sarracenias and vft usually stay in open bogs with few trees
