I’ve owed several houses and always inherited a poorly maintained lawn. This time around, we built our house and I got to start from scratch. I went with Ryan Knorr Elite Perennial Ryegrass. I don’t really care to try and make perfect stripes and I could easily cut it a full inch shorter but I’m happy with it as is. This was seeded last November which is really late where I am, but it still came in beautifully.
