I was looking for a tall, perennial plant and she sold me this one. She didn't know the name, only that it gets tall. I told myself what the heck, it was ridiculously cheap (like 50 euro cents). But what actually is that? Central Europe
I’d be leary of planting that. It looks an awful lot like Japanese Knotweed…😒

Agreed with another commenter – while this doesn’t have the asparagus reddish spear that infant Knotweed starts out as, this is faaaaaar too close for comfort.
Not worth the 0.50 cents to plant it and destroy your neighborhood #KnockOffKnotWeed

Get it in a pot to observe the growth and you may identify and control it at the same time.

It looks like a nightshade, quite a few of them are perennials. The stem really reminds me of potato, but I doubt it’s potato.
Good luck figuring it out, it can help to look at leaf patterns (once it produces branches) and compare them online. Based on just the leaf shape and lack of red veins, it doesn’t look much like Japanese knotweed to me.

Possibly pokeweed, Phytolacca.
