Long, thick tube-like leaves/stems(?), Tried to flower at one point with a very large bulbous flower head. Smells like garlic kind of, grassy as well. Much much larger than my green onions which have been growing for a similar amount of time.

There’s no bulb like onion or garlic…
If you look at 6:28 of [this](https://youtu.be/PWB7IP_8oMc?si=-vyjTqHTluSx4F12) I would assume it’s just a big green onion since it has the tubular shape.
