Wasn’t sure how this was going to play out. He was creeping up on them. He is not allowed to chase the elk ( they are protected and very dangerous during rutting season). He knows the difference between Elk and deer and is allowed to chase deer. I knew this was a dilemma for him: protect the pigs or not chase the elk? I praised him a lot afterwards. I think he made the best decisions possible.
