Rabbits are nature’s perfect composters. It will be okay on its own. but you should add food scraps and coffee grounds to make it better. Keep it moist.

I use carefresh bedding, and compost it in a tumbler. You are going to fill your tumbler fast, and the bedding takes a loooong time to finish. But, yes, it composts well. I try to put mostly leaves, rather than mostly bedding.
Strangely, the rabbit poops don’t really break down, they stay as pellets. But they don’t need to be composted anyway
