    I get that your first pup is exciting, but it will use the plant’s growth energy and nutrients that I assume you want going to the grafted scion. You should remove the pup in hopes that the plant redirects its energy there. I don’t see any areoles on the scion, are there any on the other side?

    I wouldn’t cut it off the TBM isn’t going anywhere. Let that little guy grow for a month or two cut it off. Let the little guy route and you got yourself a little PC, from there, you can let it grow or graft it onto something and make a little graft.

    Let it get a little bit bigger that TBM will be chilling. It’s not going anywhere like two months or one and cut it off. Let it dry and root and now you got to.
